1. CREATE A PAGE

It’s not enough that you’ve let people around you know that you’re putting up a business. Create a page from Facebook or Instagram to gain more followers and to reach more audiences. Through there, you can now post pictures, posters and have a live selling.

 

2. PUT IT ON TIKTOK

It’s not new to us that most people nowadays have their TikTok account. They may not be posting videos, but they’re browsing and watching. Try filming a “packing an order,” or “pack an order with me” video to promote your small business. These kinds of videos capture the attention of many potential buyers. They get curious about the item’s appearance in person and get attracted to the packaging, making them want to buy one. Also, you can model your own product, especially if what you’re selling are clothes.

 

3. MAKE AN AESTHETIC PACKAGING

As mentioned before, some buyers get attracted to the packaging. So, to gain more customers, try putting a lot of effort into your packaging—weird fact: Some just wanted to have the packaging and not the item itself.

 

4. PUT SOME EFFORT INTO THE PHOTO

When you’ve already had some orders, and the customers gave feedback, post them. This way, some people will look into your profile and follow you for upcoming collections. Aside from that, you’ll also be providing assurance to your future buyers that you’re trusted, and your items are quality.

 

7. HAVE A PROMO

To attract more customers, try having a giveaway or a sale promo. You can give those discounts, free shipping, or a freebie item. This will make you promote your small business because many people will want to participate and win.

Starting your own business is really hard. You’ll get to face various hindrances and challenges. Sometimes, you won’t even get any customers at all.
